The ground serves as the venue for the college’s Annual Sports Meet, inter-departmental tournaments, and regular physical training sessions conducted by the Department of Physical Education.

It has been instrumental in nurturing sporting talent among students — notably, the college women’s team won the District Sports & Games Championship in 2024, a proud achievement for the institution.
Surrounded by greenery and located within the college campus at Sahidbag, Haripur, the playground also serves as a gathering space for cultural events, yoga sessions on International Yoga Day, NSS activities, and community outreach programmes.
