The Teachers Council of Netaji Satabarshiki Mahavidyalaya is a statutory body constituted in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal State University Act, comprising all full-time teachers of the college. It serves as the principal academic forum for deliberation on matters related to teaching, learning, evaluation, and the overall academic well-being of the institution.
The Council plays a vital role in shaping the academic culture of the college by offering recommendations on curriculum delivery, examination reforms, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and student welfare measures.
