Netaji Satabarshiki Mahavidyalaya (NSM College) is deeply committed to ensuring that quality higher education remains accessible to all students, regardless of their economic background. The college operates an active SC/ST/OBC and Minority Cell that facilitates the identification, guidance, and application support for eligible students across all programmes.

The institution endeavours to make its educational services available to students from low-income families by providing generous concessions in the form of Half-Free and Fully-Free Studentship. Beyond fee concessions, a wide range of financial assistance schemes are actively promoted and processed every academic session — some of which are Government-sponsored, while others are awarded from the college’s own endowment fund.
